Online Scheduling URL
- This is the website/link your patients will be redirected to.
- You can include these links inside of your automation (text/email)
- In my example my website would be: https://flexbook.me/JohnDental
- If the URL you choose is already in use, you'll be presented with a red box
- If the URL is available you'll be presented with a green box.
Create Website Widget
- You can utilize this button to provide to your website designer/team.
- There is a script that can be added to your website.
- There is also a function to be added to whichever element you're using (click-able button, etc.)
- Both of these are plug and play (copy and paste).
Create Tracking Links
- Tracking links can be used to monitor the traffic (or how many patients use your links) on different pages or sites that you maintain.
- Simply select the 'setup tracking links' button, and enter in unique URLs for each page you use.
- Example:
- If I have one social media page, I may choose to use /social media as one of my links (see image below)
- After creating your links, you or your website designer will want to insert the correct link for the correct sites/pages.
- To check your traffic you can use the huddle/reports icon on the Flex main page, and click on FlexSchedule (make sure to hit search for your results).
Custom Redirect URL
- 💡ProTip: Enter your office website or popular webpage to route your patient back to after booking.
- On the booking confirmation page, a countdown from 5 appears. Once lapsed, your patient is taken to the URL designed in your settings.
- This step is optional. If a URL is not entered, patients can rebook through FlexSchedule.

Set Accent Color
- To maintain branding through your FlexSchedule website, select your color here.
- You can choose any color you'd like, we suggest selecting one that matches your practice's color scheme.
Practice Photo
- This photo will be used as a 'preview' in your FlexSchedule landing page for your patients.
- We suggest using an image of your waiting room, or a picture that shows the practice's interior.
- If you remove your image, the accent color above will show behind your logo.
Enable Online Scheduling For The Following Operatories
- This drop down allows you to select which operatories you want to include in online scheduling.
- Any operatories not selected will show no availability, despite your schedule or actual availability.
Default Provider
- If a new patient creates an appointment, Flex will reference this selected provider as their default provider.
Allow Online Scheduling For The Following Days
- Select the days of the week you wish to allow patients to schedule on.
- Availability will be decided by your practice management's schedule, and provider schedule, as well as FlexSchedule's settings.
Hide Practice Logo
- Decide if you want your practice logo to show on top of (and centered on) your practice image while patients are creating their appointments.
Treat all blockout types as 'non-schedulable'
- If your practice utilizes block scheduling, and have this setting enabled, then Flex will treat every blockout as "unavailable" in terms of online scheduling.
Enable Multi-Office Mode
- With this enabled, your patients will be able to select from multiple locations that your practice manages.
- This also means all patients will be brought to one 'parent' or main landing page up front, and then they need to select where they want to schedule.
- Flex Support is needed to finalize this setting. Contact us right away to designate your parent location.
Allow for FlexSchedule Translation
- Spanish was added to FlexSchedule in version 6.9.0 and is available to all FlexSchedule users.
- For a detailed walkthrough, view this article: FlexSchedule in Spanish↗️
Do you have insurance?

- To learn more about setting up display messages based on insurance carrier, visit this guide: Insurance Setup↗️
Jump to Calendar View
