What Is Clustering?

FlexSchedule (formerly known as FlexBook) utilized three features to better fit your practice's scheduling needs. These include:

Clustering is a toggle under the 'FlexSchedule' or 'FlexBook' tabs in your Flex settings.

Clustering will show date(s)/time(s) that are 'around' appointments that are already scheduled. This is a tool that can be utilized to eliminate pockets of 'empty space' in a practice's schedule.

For example in my schedule below, with clustering on, the priority times (first times shown) would be prior to Jake Wilson's appointment, or after Lisa Perez's appointment:

Clustering is just one set of factors including, schedule availability, provider availability, Flex nude. All of these factors operate together to ensure priority times are shown first to your patients.
