New Integration: FlexSchedule + Reserve with Google

We’re excited to announce that all FlexSchedule users now have access to our integration with Reserve with Google!

With this new integration, patients can seamlessly book appointments directly from Google Search and Google Maps, improving accessibility and reducing friction in the scheduling process.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:

1. Is there anything I have to do to turn on Reserve with Google? Nope! There is no set up required - Flex handles it all for you in the background!
2. Is there a fee to use the integration? Reserve with Google is included in the FlexSchedule subscription so there is no additional fee to take advantage!
3. Where can I see the "Book Now" button? It is visible on the search and Maps sections of Google! When prospective patients are searching for something like "Dentist Near Me" they will see a prominent "Book" or "Book Now" button on your profile depending on where they are searching in Google! 
4. If I'm not ready for the link to be live yet, can I temporarily disable it? Yes! Simply contact the Flex support team and we'll handle it all for you. Just don't forget to reach out when you're ready to turn it back on!
