What Are Tracking Links?

Flex's online scheduling allows your practice to utilize multiple 'links' that can be utilized to report on how many patients are scheduling on your site(s). This is particularly helpful if you are utilizing social media, and other online sites to generate traffic. 

To create and view your tracking links, first enter your Flex settings, navigate to your 'FlexSchedule' or 'FlexBook' tab, and click on the 'setup tracking links' button:

Once selected, you can create any number of tracking links. Once done, you can attach these links to the website(s) accordingly and when a patient schedules using that link, Flex can run a report showing you the traffic from each website:
