FlexSchedule Report

Once you have set up your tracking links (which can be viewed here) you have the ability to view your online scheduling traffic/history on where/when an appointment was scheduled.

After you log in, select the huddle/reports icon, and choose FlexSchedule (formerly known as FlexBook):

Once selected, you can view your traffic by selecting a time range from the drop-down and selecting search:

You can see the following:

  • The date the appointment was scheduled
  • The patient's name
  • Tracking links source
  • Appointment Date
  • If the patient is new or returning
  • Patient's email
  • Patient's phone number
  • Patient's insurance

You also have the ability to export the report as a csv file for sharing with other departments, marketing, and so on.
