The 'Text & Emails' General Settings section allows you to configure 'big picture' settings for your 'Timeline': automation of your appointment reminders & confirmations and recall reminders using Flex.
To access these settings:
Log in to your Flex > Select the Settings gear in the top left > Select the Text & Emails tab
- Every practice's Flex website will vary but follows this template: https://custom.myflex.app:45622 (the 'custom' is unique to your office).
In regards to patient appointments you'll be able to:
- Exclude Operatories
- Disable automated texts from sending on Saturday/Sunday
- Enable multilingual communication
- Status exclusions for confirmations
- Keywords to confirm appointments
For patient recall settings you'll be able to:
- Select Recall Types To Send Messages For
- Max Days Overdue Allowed (when Flex will stop sending recall automation)
