Can I Exclude Operatories?

You can exclude any number of operatories from being eligible for Flex appointment reminders and confirmations. 

To access these settings follow these steps: Settings > Texts & Emails > General Settings > from here, you'll notice a multi-select 'Exclude Operatories' box:

Simply select any number of operatories you want Flex to 'ignore' and not send appointment reminders/confirmations.

For example, to exclude Tina's and Bruce's operatories from receiving appointment-based automation, the selector would look as such:
