How Do I Send Birthday Emails?

Flex can automatically send your patients birthday emails on their birthday. 

To enable 'Birthday Emails' follow these steps: Settings > Texts & Emails > Birthday Emails:

Once here you can enable ‘Send Birthday Emails Automatically’, customize the ‘Birthday Email Subject Line’, and choose ‘Time of Day To Send Birthday Emails’. After this has been completed feel free to use the 'EDIT BIRTHDAY EMAIL’' button to customize your email template.
