FlexVerification: How to Set Up Delta Dental MFA

In October 2025 Delta Dental began requiring multi-factor authentication (MFA). Flex is here to keep your system running smoothly behind the scenes so your team can focus on what matters most —patient care. This guide will walk you through how to set up Delta Dental MFA in your FlexVerification settings.

Access

  1. Log in as an Admin user.
  2. From the navigation menu, click the gear icon to enter Settings. Arrow to Settings.jpg
  3. On the far right, find the FlexVerification tab. Arrow to FV Settings.jpg
  4. In FlexVerification Settings, scroll down to Connections, click to open. FV_ManageConnections-Button.jpg

 

Setup Multi-factor Authentication

Using one set of credentials, Flex will authenticate to multiple Delta websites.

  1. To begin, click Connect. DD-MFA.jpg
  2. After reading the introduction page, click continue in the bottom right. DD-MFA_2.jpg
  3. Follow steps 1 - 6 in the MFA setup window.

  4. When finished testing, select Done to complete setup. DD-MFA_10.jpg

  7. Save changes in the bottom right corner of FlexVerification settings.
