FlexVerification Report

The FlexVerification report gives your team a complete list of all insurance verifications run through Flex. It helps your team quickly confirm which verifications were successful, which need attention, and which appointments are coming up next. The report can be downloaded, printed, and shared.

In this guide, you will learn how to find the FlexVerification Report, download it, and use it to stay organized and up to date.

 

Accessing & Sharing the FlexVerification Report

  1. From your Flex Homepage, click Show Reports in the top left.                                                             Show Reports.jpg
  2. Select FlexVerification.                                                                                                                         
  3. To share the report, click the blue download button in the top right of the report. FV_Report_Download Icon.jpg

    • Share using your offices preferred method of shared communication like secure email or a shared drive.

How to Use the FlexVerification Report

  • Filter by:
    1. Status:
      • None — No status filter is currently applied
      • Verified — Displays plans that were verified successfully
      • Inactive — Coverage is not in effect for these plans
      • Error — Hover over the ⚠️icon to view the error. For guidance, reference 'What to Expect When Insurance Verification is Completed' in: FlexVerification: Payer Details, What to Expect, and FAQ↗️
    2. Patient Name

  • Data is organized by:
    • Date — The day Flex ran verification
    • Type — Shows if the verification was successful or if there was an error
    • Patient — The name of the patient whose coverage was checked
    • Next Appt — The date of the patient’s next scheduled visit
    • Subscriber — The primary person listed on the insurance plan
    • Insurer — The name of the insurance company
    • User — Shows who ran the verification: either a team member or the system (if set up to run automatically) FV_Report_StatusDropdown.jpg

The FlexVerification report keeps everyone informed and reduces the risk of missed verifications. Use this report to give your team a quick view of which verifications are complete and which may need follow-up.
