Any tickets created after hours will be reviewed and responded to on the next business day.

For strictly emergency situations after hours, if you’re unable to access Flex, please call Flex Dental support (866-488-1520) for details to connect with an after hours on-call agent. This on-call service is available weeknights from 8pm to Midnight Eastern Time and on Saturday and Sunday from 8am to 5pm Eastern Time. This is for Flex Down situations only.
