How To Set Up Your Automatic Review Settings

Flex will send review requests to your patients automatically based on your configuration. To access these settings you must be logged in to Flex as an Administrative User. To grant User permission, view this article first: How Do I Change User's Permissions?

To get started:

  1. Log in as an 'Administrative' User.
  2. Click the 'Settings' Icon. Arrow to Settings.jpg
  3. Select the 'Reviews' tab.ReviewsSettings_Boxes.jpg
  4. Scroll down to the 'Auto Review' Section.
    • What you see next depends on whether 'Specific Time' is enabled.
      • If toggled 'on', choose the time of day reviews are sent.
      • If toggled 'off', choose how many minutes after the appointment is set complete to send requests. auto_reviews_1.pngauto_reviews_2.png

Frequency & Limits

You can also adjust:

  • How often patients are eligible to receive a review (in days).
  • The maximum number of requests unresponsive patients can receive.
    • Leaving this blank allows up to 4 review requests per patient (the default).

 

Delivery Methods

Choose how you want to send reviews—email, text, or both.

We also offer two smart delivery settings that help us choose the best method based on your patient’s contact info (like sending an email if no mobile number is available).

💡Pro Tip: We recommend enabling all four delivery options, but you can adjust these to match your workflow.

Final Steps

Scroll to the bottom of the page to complete set up.

  1. Click 'Sync Settings To Review Site' to update the patient-facing review page.

  2. Confirm 'Ok'.
  3. Click 'Save' in the bottom right to apply your changes.review_sync_and_save.png
