Flex can automatically send review requests to your patients by text and email once their appointment is complete in Open Dental—If eligible. You can also send review requests manually, anytime.
To check or update your 'Reviews' settings:
- Log in as an 'Administrative' User.
- To grant permissions needed, view this article first: How Do I Change User's Permissions?↗️
- Click the 'Settings' icon.
- Select the 'Reviews' tab.
- Scroll down to the Google, Yelp, and Facebook URL section.
- Verify that each URL is correct and points to your business page on that platform.
- Use the toggles to enable the platforms you want to appear on the review landing page your patients see.
- 💡Pro Tip: Many teams enable the 'Negative Feedback' option to give patients a way to share concerns privately instead of posting them publicly.

- To finish setup, scroll to the bottom of the page for the final two steps.
- Select 'Sync Settings To Review Site'. This updates your changes on the patient-facing review landing page.
- Click 'Save' in the bottom right. This locks in your settings and makes everything live.
