We're here to support you as things change. When it's time to update your billing or payment information, Flex makes it easy — so you can stay focused on what's most important to you.
To update your information:
- Simply login at our billing portal site: https://www.billingportal.com/s/flexdentalsolutions
After you log in:
- Select the Payment Methods tab on the left.
- Click Add Payment Method to Enter your card information.
- After new card details are entered, then select Add Payment Method again to Save.
Note: If a recent subscription payment method failed, you'll also need to process the missed payment.
To process a missed payment:
- Go to the Subscriptions tab.
- Scroll down to Related Orders.
- Select the Pay button.
- Next confirm your billing information and card details, then place your order.
The site will confirm that the payment was successful and offer the option to schedule an install — you can ignore this step as you are already a Flex user.
If additional changes are needed, you can use the following sections:
- My Subscription — Add a subscription or upgrade your current plan.
- Address — Update your billing address on file.
- Payment Methods — Edit or remove existing payment methods.
- Account Details — Review or change your account information.
