My Flex Subscription: Managing Information and Processing Missed Payments

Welcome to the new Billing Portal. As your needs change, we've got you covered. Flex makes updating billing or payment information simple, so you can stay focused on what matters most.

In this guide, you will learn:

 

Access:

  • Enter your email address.

  • Select 'Get Login Link Via Email'.
  • Use the link sent to your inbox to log in.
    • Note: If you have your login credentials, instead, simply click 'log in', you do not need to get a login link via email. Users who forgot their password, choose 'forgot password'.

To update your payment information:

  • After logging in you are brought to your billing dashboard: 2_Dashboard_Maxio.jpg
  • Scroll down to Billing Details and select Update Payment Method. 3_Update Payment Method_Maxio.jpg
  • Enter your updated payment and billing details. 4_UpdatePaymentMethod-Window_Maxio.jpg
  • Save to update.

⚠️Note: If a recent subscription payment method failed, you'll also need to process the missed payment.

To process a missed payment:

  • Click View to open the invoice.
  • Select the Pay Invoice Online button. 7_Pay Invoice Online_Maxio.jpg
  • Choose a payment profile and apply changes using the Pay With Selected Profile Button or add a new card. 9_Pay Invoice Online2_Maxio.jpg
  • If you are adding a new card, click Submit Payment when finished. To exit without saving, use Cancel or X. 9_Pay Invoice Online_NewCard_Maxio.jpg

  • Next to the Flex logo at the top, continue to All Invoices.8_All Invoices Highlight_Maxio.jpg

If additional changes are needed

Use the following areas on your billing dashboard:

  • Use the left panel to :
    • Download a copy of your Business Associate Agreement (BAA).
    • Schedule time with a billing rep or customer success manager.
    • Contact Us to add a subscription or upgrade your current plan.
  • Review or change your account information under Edit Contact Information.
