My Flex Subscription: Adding an ACH Payment Method

Easily add an ACH payment method to keep your Flex subscription payments simple and secure. This guide walks you through each step so you can get set up quickly and move on with your day.

 

  1. Request a secure link from our Billing Team.
  2. Click the secure link to be directed to the billing portal.
  3. Choose the option for “Direct Debit (ACH)".
  4. Ensure the First Name and Last Name on the account are correct.
  5. The Bank Account field should be set to “Connect your bank account using Plaid first”.
  6. For Account Holder Type, select ‘Personal’ or ‘Business’.
  7. Click “Use Plaid To Connect My Bank Account”.
  8. To connect your account, enter your phone number or choose ‘continue as guest’.
  9. Enter the code sent to your phone. Guests, continue to step #10.                                                                                          
  10. Search and select your banking institution.                                                                                                            
  11. Login to your institutions account.                                                                                                                         
  12. Once logged in, choose ‘Approve’ to successfully setup ACH.                  
  13. Your accounts’ will display, click ‘Continue to connect it to Flex Dental Solutions LLC.

  14. Choose the bank account you want your ACH payments to withdraw from.
  15. Then select the Account Holder Type. Your options are:
    • Personal
    • Business                                                                                
  16. Verify your Billing Address, then click ‘Update’.  
  17. A confirmation message displays at the top of your screen in green.
