Accurate operating hours ensure your time-based features — like Missed Text Auto-Reply — work exactly when they should. Special closures help you handle one-off schedule changes like holidays or emergencies without interrupting service.
This guide walks you through how to manage your office hours and closures in the Server tab of Settings.
Access the Server Tab

Log in as an Administrative User.

Click 'Settings' in the top right corner of the Main Toolbar.

Select the 'Server' tab.
Set Operating Hours

Once in the Server tab scroll down to 'Operating Hours'.

Enable your days of the week.

For each day of the week, set your start time and end time.

Here is where you will set the hours your practice is typically open.

Use the time picker or click and type to set your AM & PM hours of operation.

'Save' in the bottom right when finished.
Set Special Closures
- Once in the Server tab scroll down to 'Special Closures'.

Click 'Add Closure'.

Set the 'Start Date & Time'.
- Start Date format: mm/dd/yyyy
- Start Time format: H:MM, AM/PM. (e.g., 09:00 AM)

Set the 'End Date & Time'.
- Start Date format: mm/dd/yyyy
- Start Time format: H:MM, AM/PM. (e.g., 05:00 PM)
- 'Save' in the bottom right when finished.

To remove a special closure click the red ❌ to the right of the closure and 'Save'.

✅Business hours and special closures are used across multiple features — keeping them current helps ensure communication is consistent and auto-replies are sent when you are truly unavailable.
