Payment Plan Options

Flex offers two payment plans out of the five payment options for treatment plans. As is similar across the payment options you'll have the ability to set patient eligibility, and set durations and more.

First to access the payment plans, you'll need to start by entering your Flex settings, navigating to the 'treatment plan' tab and selecting your payment plan 1 and/or payment plan 2:

From here you'll see a list of options allowing you to customize the plan(s) including:

• Display by default
• Insurance eligibility
• Membership eligibility
• Option to show only for orthodontics
• Payment Plan descriptive title/text
• Minimum treatment plan total
• Duration in months
• Management fee %
• Down payment %
• Rounding downpayment option

Once your settings are configured, and if a patient matches up and is eligible for either payment plan, these options will show on the 'present' view of their treatment plan in Flex.
