Depending on your general settings Flex will show your treatment plan in a simplified view by default. However, you are able to itemize that view to show additional information, please reference the two views below.

Itemized:
The itemized treatment plan will show each line item individually with the fee, office discount, estimated insurance portions, and patient portions.
To itemize a treatment plan use the 'downward arrow' icon, to simplify use the 'upward arrow' icon:
The other options include:
- Adding an insurance note (paper icon)
- Adding a guarantor's name (person icon) (which is read from the family file)
- Attach Images (paperclip icon)
