Flex provides plenty of options when it comes to automation via text and email.
You are able to disable sending for specific operatories, specific patients, or globally on/off.
If you'd like to disable or enable specific communication preferences for individual patients start by searching for your patient:
Once you select your patient, Flex will load the patient profile page.
From here, choose the 'patient reminder settings' icon (cogwheel):
A new window will load giving you the option of enabling or disabling the following four choices:
- Emails
- Text Messages
- Review Requests
- Unscheduled Treatment Reminders
