How Do I Search For A Patient?

The patient search (magnifying glass) will allow you to search for your patients by name.

When searching, the patients date of birth is displayed to help distinguish between common names.

Once you have found your patient, click on their name.

This will bring you to the patient profile page where there are many additional features (sending reviews, forms, etc.)
