Flex will allow you to send automatic reviews to all of your patients.
However, if you want to send a manual review for a specific patient that is quite easy to do!
First, search for your patient:
Once you choose your patients, the profile page will load.
From here, choose the 'send review' icon (star icon) and you'll be prompted to send a text or email review:
Please be aware your patient needs a valid wireless or home phone number, or valid email address on file with your practice management system to send the review.
Flex will show you if there is one on file:
In my example above, there is a valid email, but no valid phone number on file.
If you attempt to send a review without the appropriate data, Flex will prompt you with an error response:
Otherwise, Flex will prompt you with a successful message:
