How Do I Take A Picture For A Patient?

Flex allows you to take pictures using your mobile devices (tablets, cell phones, etc.) as long as you're accessing Flex with the device. 

Simply search for your patient after logging in:

Once you select your patient from the search, you will load the patient's profile page.

From here choose the 'camera' icon:

Flex will prompt you with two options 'patient' and 'something else.' Once an option is selected, your wireless device (any device with a built in webcam will work, external webcams will not) will open the camera and you can take your picture.

Flex will save this image into your patients account in your Practice Management System.

You may also view the image by selecting the 'images' icon on the patient profile page:
