Bulk Statements

Generally Available as of version 6.1.0 and above

Enhanced functionality has been brought to statements sent using FlexPayments or Flex Integrated Payments (formerly FlexPay) by allowing the user to generate more than one statement at a time.

To begin utilizing bulk statements, head to the Payments tab ($ icon along the nav bar) and click on the Patients with Balance tab. Filter and search as normal to bring up the list of patients with balances. You will see a "Select All" column added to the left of the patient names as shown below.

Once you have decided which patients you would like to send statements to (indicated by either clicking select all or individually selecting your preferred patients) - click the send statements button. From there, you will see a popup which displays contact information for your selected patients.

You have the opportunity here to again deselect any patients if you wish to remove them from the list. You can also make changes to the contact information (phone number or email) of any statement recipients as needed. To make changes, simply click the pen icon.

You can add or remove a phone number or email address using the edit window that displays.

Along the top, you can decide if you wish for these statements to be sent via text or email. Once you have made a selection, you can now click "Send Statements" in the lower right corner.

You are given one final time to elect to cancel the statements and can choose to cancel or proceed. If cancel is selected, you are brought back to the edit window to determine which statements should be sent or change contact details.

The statements will process and this may take a few minutes. You will see a loading screen while it processes.

Once the statements are sent, a success message will display.
